Key Areas of Responsibility
Media Planning: Mastery of all Campaign Management Activities + following activities with oversight, including: Delivers planning and optimization services, Contributes to the development of target profiles/insights, media plans (across media capabilities in development of Strategy and Tactical Decks).
Client/Partner Engagement Responsibilities: Performs with oversight, Coordinates with internal stakeholders and external partners. May own client relationships and communication for small to mid-scale clients and occasionally communicate with mid to large scale clients. Responsible for working with the wider planning team to ensure all client status documents, flowcharts, billing trackers, and keeping all documents up to date on a weekly basis.
Digital Partnership Innovation: Stays on top of industry trends and identifies new partners, technology, and cultural moments that are opportunities for clients and Mekanism. Brings innovative, out of the box ideas to clients, and successfully sells through the value and relevance of innovative ideas.
Digital Media Execution: Contributes to planning, pacing, and performance across platforms. Demonstrates mastery of campaign setup and management in all search, social, and digital media platforms.
Measurement and Analytics: Lead optimization and delivery against client KPIs. Readily dive into data to identify trends and insights, then apply them in the form of media and creative recommendations.
Qualifications:
- You must have 2-3 years of experience with a media company or integrated agency
- You must have cross-channel digital planning and execution experience, including social.
- You must have a passion for creativity, and innovation
- Ideally have experience working on a range of clients with both brand and performance media needs.
- You must have experience developing plans for campaigns that push the limits of social, and digital marketing.
- You must be comfortable working effectively across departments and be able to work directly with creative & planning teams. We blend teams across disciplines.
- You should have strong client and vendor communication skills. This means you should like to, and be proficient at, presenting work and fielding client requests.
- Experience with Commspoint, comscore, Simmons/MRI, Kantar, Pathmatics, DoubleClick, and Google Analytics a plus
Salary: $80,000 - $85,000
