Key Areas of Responsibility:
Media Strategy Leadership
- Lead with minimal oversight Media Strategy & Planning.
- Including: Budget planning, Strategic media channel strategy & planning,
- Tactical Media Planning process in a strategic, mature, and self-guided manner, on a high volume of accounts.
- Develops and delivers Audience profiles/insights, media plans (across media capabilities).
Client Management:
- Overall campaign and client management, identifying performance drivers, confidently recommending an appropriate course of action for optimizations, evaluating progress and escalating as necessary.
- Acting as a go to for industry expertise, POV’s and general best practices catered to their business objectives and outcomes.
Mentorship and Team Leader
- Mastery of all Campaign Management Activities that also focuses on training and elevating junior team expertise.
- In tandem with your Director, work with junior team on upskilling, performance management and growth trajectories.
Partnership Innovation
- With your strong digital / mobile / social / emerging media chops and passion, help us crack innovation for our clients when working with publishers and other media companies.
Data & Tech
- Use data and technology creatively to tackle and solve client challenges.
- Think laterally about personalized experiences and how to make them effective.
New Business
- Desire to participate in new business pitches in a supporting or lead role

Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience with a media agency, experience with a fully integrated agency is a plus
- Ability to evaluate and understand a client brief and translate into an actionable Media Plan from Audience frameworks through to Measurement Plans
- Strong foundation in cross-channel planning experience, with expertise in Digital and Social (Traditional channels are a plus but not required)
- Experience managing and developing junior team members
- Comfortable interfacing with senior clients on a regular basis - This means you should like to, and be proficient at, presenting and work-shopping with clients on complex problems.
- Be a clear lane of communication between leadership and junior team members being able to manage both up and down
- Confidently lead media strategy, tactical planning, execution, and reporting with minimal oversight
- Experience with Simmons/MRI, Media Mix Modeling Tools, DCM, and Competitive Media Tools are essential
- Experience executing paid social and digital tools is essential (Ad Trafficking, Meta, X, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, AdWords, DCM, etc.)
Salary: $95,000
