With eight offices spanning markets throughout the US and Canada, we serve as collaborative business partners to some of the world’s best North American brands, including Alaska Airlines, Jose Cuervo, Quaker, Ben & Jerry's, and Amtrak in the US, and CAMH, Koodo Mobile and Public Mobile in Canada.

The Role

Mekanism.ai is building the agency of the future — and we need a rare human being to help us sell it and run it. You will own the commercial pipeline for our three flagship AI offerings — Idealab, AI Superstudio, and the AIOS Agentic Platform — while simultaneously ensuring that the clients you close receive exceptional, accountable delivery.

This is not a role for someone who hands off a win and moves on. You will carry both revenue targets and client health metrics. You will be in the pitch room on Monday and the QBR on Friday. You are the connective tissue between Mekanism.ai's extraordinary product capabilities and the clients who need them most.

What You Own

New Business & Revenue

  •  Own and hit annual new business revenue targets across Idealab, AI Superstudio, and AIOS

  • Lead and author compelling pitch responses, proposals, and capability presentations

  • Develop and execute a targeted go-to-market strategy for each product line
  • Represent Mekanism.ai at industry events, conferences, and forums

  • Partner with marketing to build awareness and demand generation programs
  • Maintain a healthy, documented pipeline with weekly forecast accuracy

Client Delivery & Success

  • Serve as executive point of contact for all AI product clients post-signature

  •  Own client onboarding, scoping, and delivery milestones end-to-end

  • Manage cross-functional teams (strategy, engineering, creative, data) to deliver on time and on brief

  • Establish and track KPIs, ROI frameworks, and success metrics for each engagement

  • Lead regular client reviews; identify expansion and upsell opportunities
  • Proactively surface and resolve delivery risks before they become client issues

  • Build long-term client relationships that drive retention and referrals

The Products You'll Champion

Idealab

Mekanism.ai's AI-powered creative intelligence engine. Idealab accelerates the earliest — and often most expensive — stage of the creative process: the idea. It combines proprietary AI models with human creative direction to generate, pressure-test, and refine brand ideas at unprecedented speed and scale.

AI Superstudio

A full-service AI production environment where strategy, content creation, and media activation converge. AI Superstudio delivers production-quality, brand-safe creative across formats — faster, smarter, and at a fraction of traditional cost — without sacrificing the craft that Mekanism has always stood for.

AIOS Agentic Platform

The operating system for AI-native marketing. AIOS is Mekanism.ai's proprietary agentic platform that orchestrates autonomous AI workflows — from audience intelligence and brief generation to asset versioning and performance optimization. AIOS doesn't just assist marketers; it acts on their behalf.

Who You Are

  • 7–12+ years of experience in agency business development, client services, or a hybrid of both
  • Proven track record of closing new business — you have a number, you hit it, and you can prove it
  • Deep fluency in AI, marketing technology, and the modern agency landscape
  • Exceptional communicator and presenter — you can simplify the complex and make it feel urgent
  • Equally comfortable writing a pitch deck, running a discovery call, and managing a delivery escalation
  • Natural relationship-builder who clients trust and teammates want to work with
  • Structured and data-driven — you use a CRM, you forecast accurately, you close the loop
  • Experience selling technology platforms, SaaS, or AI-native solutions is a strong plus

How We'll Measure Success

  • New business revenue closed — quarterly and annual against plan
  • Net Revenue Retention (NRR) across your client portfolio
  • Pipeline coverage ratio and forecast accuracy
  • Client satisfaction scores and QBR health ratings
  • Expansion revenue generated from existing client base

Form CC-305 OMB Control Number 1250-0005 Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
